Trained chaplains for every sphere of life

Global Chaplaincy Center, Bahamas has truly changed my life. I was first invited to one session of the prayer meeting, and from that moment, I was never the same. Before getting involved with Global Chaplaincy, I was isolated and withdrawn, not using my gifts and talents. After the very first invitation, Global Chaplaincy captured my attention, and I've built so many new relationships.

I became known as Psalmist Brown and began training, taking courses taught by professors from Canada, America, and The Bahamas. Our president, Dr. Maria, is a hardworking and creative individual. Through Global Chaplaincy, I was sent into schools to mentor the children and was invited to many events as a result thereof.

Global Chaplaincy has expanded my knowledge and transformed my life. I once had very little patience, but now I use what I've learned in my everyday life. I'm also receiving quality training that will help transform lives and develop our youth.

Thank you, Dr. Marie and Dr. Forbes, for guiding me out of my safe space, covering me, and helping me grow.

When my son told me about Global Chaplaincy Center, Bahamas, I was really not interested so I told him I will check it out with no intent of doing so. A few weeks later he asked again, whether I had called Global Chaplaincy Center, Bahamas for information. As he refused to let me missed the opportunity of becoming a Chaplain and to avoid his constant reminders, I decided to call. I am so glad that I did. I became a member of Global Chaplaincy Center, Bahamas.

It is such a pleasure and a privilege to be a part of such a great group of God-fearing, loving people. I felt as though I knew everyone all my life. The courses that I took was dynamic! It brought an awareness to what people are experiencing in our society and how we as Chaplains can help, without being judgmental or bias.
